Some companies send whoever's on the schedule that day. Ask who's going to be doing the work.
What does cleanup include?
Ask exactly what's left when they're done. Do they haul the wood away? Rake the yard? Or just blow the sawdust around and leave?
How do they handle tight spaces?
If the tree is near the house, ask how they'll take it down without hitting anything.
Do they raise prices after storms?
